Execute routine maintenance job for the assigned units and utilize the manpower efficiently to complete the maintenance task in time. Supervise and monitor all type of routine, breakdown and  planned maintenance

• Review the defects and ensure the availability of spares to complete the maintenance task.
• Arrange of required and necessary spares for the work in coordination with Engineer.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of the equipment /unit after the maintenance work.
• Assist Maintenance Engineer to prepare the technical and other reports and to maintain spares inventory.
• Identify and take corrective actions for the engineering issues
• Ensure all the maintenance work is carried out as per OEM recommendations.
• Coordinate with Technicians to resolve the issues in time
• Have a Good communication with superiors and other department staff to get the work completed in time
• Submit maintenance reports and other reports as and when required.
• Analyze unit/equipment trip causes and restore them in time to ensure continued unit operation to meet the system demand.
• Available for  call out duties in short notice.
• Ensure the work is carried out in safe environment and tools used are in order and Safety rules are followed
• Ensure good housekeeping in the work area
• Train subordinates and give advice to resolve the technical issues
• Carry out any other assignments and tasks as advised by the Engineer.
